Located in Camperdown, with excellent access to public transport, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse is a Not for Profit, world-class cancer hospital integrating treatment, research, education, and emotional support under one roof. With 149 inpatient beds, 12 operating theatres, 22 ICU-level beds, day therapy and radiotherapy services, we offer advanced technologies in a purpose-built facility designed to support patients and staff alike.
The Opportunity
The successful candidates will become involved in many areas of the hospital with the overall aim of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the building. Whilst we do prefer you are flexible to work a 7 day rotating roster, we can offer some flexiblity to suit your busy schedule. We currently have the following shifts available:
1. Monday to Wednesday, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
2. Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
3. Ward Assistant: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Requirements:
- Experience in Hospital/Hotel housekeeping
- Time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Works well independently and within a team
- Compliance with Category A immunisation requirements
