The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dedicated Finance team. You'll manage the full cycle of accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and strong financial health across our sundry debtors' ledger.

About You

You are a detail-oriented finance professional with a proven track record in accounts receivable management. You bring strong organisational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and issue invoices, allocate and receipt payments
  • Maintain the debtor aged trial balance and manage collection
  • Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and support month-end and year-end financial close activities
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with COBL policies and procedures

Essential Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, payment processing, and debt recovery procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
