Located in Camperdown, with excellent access to public transport, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse is a For-Purpose, world-class cancer hospital integrating treatment, research, education, and emotional support under one roof. About the team:
The Peri-Operative Admin team is fast-paced, highly collaborative and deeply supported. We pride ourselves on looking after each other as much as we look after our patients. Team members are cross-trained across multiple functions - from theatre list co-ordination and surgical bookings to admissions and pre-admission clinic support – meaning no two days look the same. If you thrive on variety, enjoy being part of a close-knit team and want your work to directly impact patient care, this is the environment for you
Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Our Peri-Operative admin team is hiring Admission Officers who are genuinely all-rounders – ready to rotate across Day Surgery, Surgical bookings, front desk, surgical prep and more depending on where it is needed within the department. You’ll be training across every function and supported the whole day. Multiple positions available – full time and casual
Flexibility is key to the success of this role, and we welcome candidates able to meet this requirement to apply. During the screening process, specific hours will be discussed with candidates who have expressed they can meet this requirement.

- Accurate and efficient data entry with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace in a busy, high-volume environment without compromising accuracy
