With 149 inpatient beds, 12 operating theatres, 22 ICU-level beds, day therapy and radiotherapy services, we offer advanced technologies in a purpose-built facility designed to support patients and staff alike.
The opportunity
The successful candidate will manage procurement data, update inventory and procurement catalogues, analyse data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic sourcing initiatives to drive operational efficiency and compliance whilst providing data-driven insights to determine inventory requirements, find suitable suppliers, and negotiate procurement contracts favourable to both parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & support end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintenance of all procurement & inventory catalogues
- Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Provide analytical support and reporting for procurement teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Be a key stakeholder in all procurement related projects and contribute directly to project deliverables & outcomes
- Contribute to design and configuration of effective inventory & procurement management systems
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to organisational policies and relevant legislation, helping to manage supply chain risks
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets & problem solve.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Microsoft Power Platforms, Finance ERP systems, Patient Administration systems, procurement systems and etc).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & projects
- National Police Check (within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain)
- Compliance with Category B immunisation requirements (2 COVID doses + current seasonal flu vaccination)
